Yogalarm ("we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile alarm application that helps you wake up by completing yoga poses (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Yogalarm, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — such as your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you create or sign in to an account.
• Subscription information — purchase status, plan type (monthly or yearly), renewal dates, and related billing metadata provided by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; those are handled by the applicable app store.
• App usage data — such as alarm settings, completed poses, streaks, alarm history, and similar activity needed to operate the Service.
• Device and technical data — such as device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic or crash logs that help us keep the Service reliable.
• Communications — if you contact us for support, we keep the content of that correspondence.

We use your information only to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate your account and sync your data across devices;
• Manage subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and related billing status with Apple or Google;
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
• Monitor performance, fix bugs, and protect against abuse or fraud;
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your personal information for advertising profiles, marketing lists sold to others, or any purpose unrelated to operating Yogalarm.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting, analytics for app reliability, authentication, or crash reporting), only as needed to perform those services on our behalf and under obligations to protect your data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their privacy policies govern how they handle payment information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status so we can unlock paid features; we do not receive your full credit card number.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see Contact below), subject to any data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Yogalarm is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

You can permanently delete your Yogalarm account and associated data at any time from within the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. Step-by-step instructions, what gets deleted, and how to cancel your subscription separately are on our Delete account page.

If you use Yogalarm from outside the country where our servers or service providers operate, your information may be processed in another country that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
